The $300m upgrade of the Auckland Paremoremo Prison was one of the most significant upgrades a NZ prison has gone through. FDG was one of the 700 contractors assigned to provide products and services to the successful upgrade. FDG worked with multiple contractors throughout the project supplying a range of security fasteners, as well as plumbing & HVAC support products. The principal Engineer also engaged FDG in the later stages of the project to supply a design and appropriate system to support the plant room pipework; FDG’s ModFrame product was the perfect solution for this requirement.
