The Helier by Oceania is a magnificent location nestled in the heart of St Heliers. Located on the edge of Glover Park, the development has 360-degree views over the Waitemata Harbour and Auckland CBD.
FDG’s contribution
FDG supplied a number of products to The Helier project such as seismic bracing, anchors and support products for the plumbing and electrical contractors.
FDG also helped to enhance efficiencies on the project by performing “post-install testing” of the seismic anchors installed throughout the project. Reduced concrete embedment depths restricted loads, so FDG was engaged to provide on-site testing to meet engineering requirements. FDG carried out this testing alongside KCL Engineering who were the seismic engineers for this project.
