Can I collect my order from your FDG premise?
Yes, however it is best to call ahead with your order and we can have it ready for pick up. Our details are on our contact page
Do I need an account to purchase from FDG?
We do have the functionality to offer electronic sales on site and over the phone, however setting up an account for the first time is easy with our helpful customer service team. Does FDG have an overnight or same day delivery service?
- Depending on where you are located in Auckland you should expect same day or overnight service.
- North Island you should expect overnight on all products.
- South Island you should expect delivery overnight on smaller boxed product and 2 day service on long lengths.

Are you able to get custom/ cut to length product?
Yes, cut to length channel and threaded rod can be completed within 1-2 working days.
