Coach Bolts

Coach bolts are ideal for fixing heavy timber-to-timber or fixing timber and metal together. Sometime referred to as carriage bolts, coach bolts are very heavy duty and hard wearing. Available in multiple different sizes, small coach bolts are ideal for DIY, where as the larger coach bolts can be used in construction. Coatings available are Zinc, Galvanized and Stainless.

Expansion Hollo Bolts

These bolts are ideal for use when access is available to only one side. These hot-dipped galvanized, seismic approved bolts include a mechanism that expands and provides a clamping force bolting your structure securely in place.

Tension Control Bolts (TCB)

This Tension control bolt consists of a round head with a truncated, flat surface area on the top. The protruding end of the bolt has a 24 sided tip which when calibrated will shear off with the proper tension. High strength TCBs are used in a wide range of applications from beam and column connections to roof trusses and heavy steel to steel connections on bridges and large construction. They are becoming the bolt of choice over other large bolts due to their ease of installation.

Seismic Rated Thru Bolt Anchor (Wedge Anchor)

The Seismic Rated Thru Bolt Anchor is ideal for use in Seismic Zones offering maximum performance and C1 & C2 seismic certification. Ideal for use on projects in Zones with seismic activity, giving you peace of mind through traceability and a high level of testing data.

Rivets are typically used to fasten sheet metal or an application where only one side is accessible. The mandrel is pulled up which expands the rivet, locking it permanently in place and then snapping off at a predetermined tension. FDG has a large range of rivets available in stock between 3.2mm and 12.7mm in Aluminium, steel and stainless steel.

Hex Head Screw Bolts

Screws bolts are a thick industrial size screw, that when installed using an impact wrench, bite their way into the concrete quickly cutting a secure fitting.
